9 Account Suspension and Closure

jajy9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity over an extended period.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected violation, jajy9 will investigate the matter and notify you of the outcome. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.

You may also choose to close your own jajy9 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain.
